Daring Greatly is all about showing up, even when life feels messy, uncertain, or straight-up overwhelming. Whether you’re dealing with stress, relationships, big life decisions, or just trying to figure yourself out, my goal is to support you as you navigate it all. No pressure to have it all together- just a space where you can be honest, grow, and keep moving forward.
The name "Daring Greatly Counseling and Consulting" was inspired from Theodore Roosevelt’s “Man in the Arena” speech, which basically says it isn't the people watching or judging from the sidelines that matter, but it's the person who's actually in it: trying, risking, and putting themselves out there.
Daring Greatly means choosing to face challenges instead of avoiding them. It’s being real about what you’re going through, even when it’s uncomfortable. And it’s understanding that messing up, feeling unsure, or struggling doesn’t mean you’re failing- it means you’re in the arena.

Are we a good fit?
Therapy works best when there’s a real connection- and when you’re ready to engage in the process. I primarily work with high schoolers and young adults navigating life transitions, as well as with individuals who have experienced trauma and want to stop it from continuing to control or limit their life. My approach is casual, direct, and sprinkled with sarcasm when it’s warranted. Together, we focus on practical strategies you can actually use to navigate challenges and make progress in your daily life. If you want someone who’ll challenge you and keep it real, reach out and we’ll take it from there!
